I have a pulse on the Nelson Real Estate market and closely follow Real Estate markets in Canadian cores, which directly affect home values and trends in our area. Here is what separates me from the rest.

I can multi task and perform at the highest cut-throat level. I take pride in working fast, efficiently and being available to answer your questions 24/7. I am proud to call Nelson home and am excited to bring my second-to-none work ethic to this beautiful city. 'Kootenay time' is great once you've established your life here and you can just sit back and relax. However, I'm a firm believer it should never be part of a Real Estate transaction. I know what it takes to get it done.

2. EXTENDED BUSINESS HOURS

I am available to serve my clients from 7am-11pm 24/7/365. Being in your shoes as a home buyer and seller numerous times over the years I appreciate how important it is to be able to reach your agent and have your questions or concerns answered. There is nothing worse than stressing about something late at night and not being able to reach your agent. My business hours allow my clients to get the best possible service and sleep around. 

3. COMMISSIONS

Rather than a conventional set commission rate, I offer a 3 options for sellers: Platinum, Gold and Silver. They are all a little different and allow you to choose the detail of service that is right for you.

4. IN PERSON

I say no to lockboxes. As your Agent, it is my responsibility to be an expert on your home and sell it. I believe it is imperative and my duty to you to showcase the special features, answer questions and be present during all viewings. I am your most important asset and marketing tool, so why settle for a lockbox? In my opinion lockboxes are a lazy way to do business.

5. DRESS TO IMPRESS

Sweats, t-shirts and hoodies are for the gym. This business is full circle and it is critical that my image be apart of your proper representation. It's not uncommon for you to see me in a rockin' suit or bow-tie.

6. PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

I'm not a photographer, I'm your agent. When you sell your home, it's important that Realtors hire professional photographers. The duty of the photographer is to capture the value of your home in images. I hire Andrew Doran, https://www.andrewdoran.com, one of the most talented Real Estate photograph experts in the Kootenays. He helps your home stand above the rest.

7. 2D AND 3D FLOORPLANS

All my selling packages include a custom, professionally designed and measured 3D floor plan. Not only does this refresh a clients memory of viewing your home, it allows them to conceptualize the occupancy of the space. ***Bonus*** My floor plans allow each buyer access to move around furniture, change wall colors, flooring material, take down walls, completely redesign your home the way they want it as well as take a tour with an avatar.  

8. IN PRINT

I offer custom 11X18 full color feature sheets, showcasing multiple pictures of your home for prospective buyers. Included is also a monthly payment breakdown disclosing expenses associated with owning your home. A few days after your home hits the market, I send out 4X6 full color postcards with a brief write-up of your home to residents in your area.

9. GIVE BACK

5% of the commission I earn on the sale of your home goes to a charitable organization or community improvement initiative of your choice (A list of charitable organizations in the Nelson area can be found here). Part of residing in a community is giving back and making it a better place for all to enjoy.
