Worked in a fast paced Vancouver market since 2006

I take pride in working fast, efficiently and being available to answer your questions 24/7. If I don't get back to my clients within a reasonable amount of time it actually stresses me out. I am proud to call Nelson home and am excited to bring my second to none work ethic to this beautiful city. Kootenay time is great once you've established your life here and you can just sit back, relax and enjoy, but should never be part of a Real Estate transaction.

Commissions

Rather than a conventional set commission rate you will typically see, I offer a 3 options for sellers: Platinum, Gold and Silver. They are all a little different and allow you to choose the detail of service that is right for you.

In person

As your Agent it is my responsibility to be an expert on your home and sell it. I believe it is imperative and my duty to you to showcase the special features, answer questions and be present during all viewings. I am your most important asset and marketing tool which you possess, so why settle for a lockbox? In my opinion lockboxes are lazy and a way to cut corners, in an attempt to juggle more business. I also dress to impress and leave the sweats and T-shirts for the gym. It's not uncommon for you to see my rockin' suit or bow-tie.

Business First

There is a lot riding on who you choose to represent you in one of the most important processes in your life. I take the industry and my job very seriously...but not too seriously where it feels like you are dealing with a dang robot who has no personality! Once we get to know eachother it's not uncommon for my clients and I to become and remain good friends. You can call or text me 8am-10pm 7 days a week and I'll get back to you as soon as I am available.

Professional photography

I'm not a photographer, I'm your agent. When you sell your home it's imperative that Realtors hire professional photographers.  The duty of the photographer is to capture the value of your home in images. I hire Andrew Doran https://www.andrewdoran.com one of the most talented Real Estate photograph experts in the Kootenays. He helps your home stands above the rest.

Floorplans

All my selling packages include a custom, professionally designed and measured 3D floor plan. Not only does this refresh a clients memory of viewing your home, it allows them to conceptualize the occupancy of the space. ***Bonus*** My floor plans allow each buyer access to move around furniture, change wall colors, flooring material, take down walls, completely redesign your home the way they want it as well as take a tour with an avatar.   

In Print

I offer custom 11X18 full color feature sheets, showcasing multiple pictures of your home for prospective buyers. Included is also a monthly payment breakdown disclosing expenses associated with owning your home. A few days after your home hits the market I send out 4X6 full color postcards with a brief writeup of your home to residents in your area.

Google Street View

All my marketing packages include an automatic sync with Google Street View. The ability to swivel, shimmy 360 degrees zoom in and zoom out gives potential buyers the ability to take a virtual drive through your neighborhood and familiarize themselves with their potential purchase. This is another amazing tool to effectively market and further assist me in the sale of your home.
